Role of the hemobiologist in the detection and prevention of post-transfusional hepatitis

To prevent post-transfusional hepatitis B and C, two epidemiologic studies were performed. The first, based on the frequencies distribution of hepatitis B virus serological markers versus sex and classes of age, has permitted the assessment of the profile of the infection in a population composed of 573 north vietnamese blood donors. There is no significant difference between men and women frequencies of HBs antigen (11.5%), anti-HBs antibody (70.2%) and anti-HBc antibody alone (3.8%), but a significant difference of no-marker frequencies: 7.8% and 17.9% in men and women respectively (X2 = 9.11; p = 0.010). The percentage of no-marker decreases when the mean age of each class increases. The second, using the increase of the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) activity as an indirect marker of non-A, non-B hepatitis for determining in a population of more than 25,000 parisian blood donors, the percentage of donors eliminated. They are between 0.70 and 0.76 in women and 2.26 and 2.46 in men. These investigations can be applied to prevent the hepatitis B transmission in a population of 102 south vietnamese women in age to procreate or to determine the percentage of blood donors eliminated (3.12%) in a population of 2,950 Parisians composed in majority (50.9%) of new donors. The hemobiologist will have an important role to elaborate strategies for orientation of blood gifts with hepatitis B and C virus markers.

新型水力泵排液工艺

酸化或压裂是改造油气层措施中常规的也是最有效的方法之一。问题是酸化或压裂结束后,采取何种工艺及时返排出残酸,减少残液二次沉淀对油层的污染。同时常规TCP(油管传输负压射孔)+DST(地层测试器)二联作测试工艺在遇到低压、低渗等非自喷油层时,要想取准油层产能、压力,收集到有代表性产液样品资料,困难很大。针对以上问题,大港油田钻采院研制了新型水力喷射泵,该泵可与酸化、压裂及射孔+测试等工艺配套使用,在实现一趟施工管柱同时完成几项工作的同时,利用喷射泵深抽、连续强排的技术特点,取得了较好效果。     

基于S5933的PCI总线与8051的接口设计

简要介绍了PCI总线的特点，重点介绍了AMCC公司推出的S593X系列的高性能接口控制器，并通过实践给出基于S5933的PCI总线和8051的接口设计技术。     

Thermal—Mechanical Fatigue Behavior and Life Analysis of Cast Ni—base Superalloy K417

In-phase(IP) and out-of-phase(OP)thermal-mechanical fatigue(TMF) behavior of cast Ni-base superalloy K417 was studied.All experiments were carried out under total strain control with temperature cycling between 400-850℃.Both in-phase and out-of-phase TMF specimens exhibited cyclic hardening followed by cyclic softening at the minimum temperature.Besides,they cyclically hardened in the early stage of life followed by cyclic softening at the minimum temperature.Besides,they cyclically hardened in the early stage of life followed by cyclic softening at the maximum temperature.OP TMF life was longer than of IP TMF.Various damage mechanisms operating in different controlled strain ranges and phasing were discussed.A few life prediction methods for isothermal fatigue were used to handle TMF fatigue and their applicability to superalloy K417 was evaluated.The SEM analysis of the fracture surface showed that transgranular fracture was the principal cracking mode for both IP and OP TMF.Oxidation was the main damage mechanism in causing shorter fatigue life for IP TMF compared with OP TMF.     

TFT-AMLCD绝缘层a-SiNx∶H的制备

用等离子体化学气相沉积法(PECVD)在玻璃基板上淀积了厚度约1μm的非晶氮化硅(a-SiNx∶H)薄膜,在最佳工艺下得到薄膜的性能参数,折射率为1.8左右,光吸收系数为1.2×102～2×102cm-1,相对介电常数为7～8.4,电荷面密度为2.5×1012～3.1×1012cm-2.这种薄膜比较适合于用作薄膜晶体管-有源矩阵液晶显示器(TFT-AMLCD)的栅绝缘层.

A Study of the Compatibility Between Asphalt and SBS

In this article, the compatibilities between different components of a base asphalt and styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) have been analyzed from microscopic structures. Specifically, the asphalt was separated into three components: saturates, aromatics, and resins, by Solvent Recycled Absorption Chromatography Separation Technology (SRACST). The compatibilities between these different components and the polymer were compared with the help of Fluorescence Microscope (FM) with which the existing state of the polymer SBS in these different components could be examined obviously. The modified effects indicated that aromatics could cause SBS swollen and, resins dissolved SBS better than saturates, though both the two components could partially dissolve SBS and the two mixtures presented two immiscible phase systems. In order to further investigate the compatibility between aromatics and SBS, from macroscopic properties, an additive rich in aromatics was added to the SBS/asphalt mixture, and the result was satisfactory.
